This happens when you unlock the car with the key fob or open the car door. If it is on the right side, then you can access it right behind the glove box and replace it. With the ignition on, and AC fan on low, try adjusting your hot/cold knobs, one at a time, to see if the noise starts. Then try selecting recirc. Next try selecting a different vent (feet, face, defrost). The idea is to identify which control causes the noise to start. That indicates which of the 3 or 4 actuators need replacing.
