Use a flathead screwdriver that is the right size for the head of the set screw and gently turn it counterclockwise until it is loose enough to pull out. If the screw is difficult to remove, you can use a pair of pliers to grip it and help with the removal. Once the set screw is out, the handle should come off easily.To change the shower hose, you need a new hose, pliers, and a soft cloth. 1.
