It is an excellent 7/8 ounce and 1 ounce powder. For 1-1/8 ounce loads the pressures get a little high, but it still works well for 1145 fps loads. It is a VERY fine grained powder and it will find any leakage path in your reloader, so be aware.

I've been loading very light 12 gauge loads many years--in the beginning to lessen recoil but now also to save on lead costs. The only powders I've found for consistent 3/4 oz loads in the 1200 to 1275 fps range are WW AA Lite and Alliant Extra Lite. Tightwad is real good for 1oz and ok for 7/8 oz. Just my experience.You may need to use a 7/8 wad to get your stack height right so that your crimps are as good as those from the factory. If you are using Cheddite primers then you should look at load data on how you should adjust your powder loads. Other powders that I've tried in the past that would work well would be Clays, Titewad, Titegroup, Extra Lite, e3, Promo. This was my first attempt into subsonic loads and since Red Dot was my most abundant powder, that's what I used for these tests. It's hard to get 1 1/8 oz. target loads to go faster than about 1200 fps with fast powders like Titewad, Red Dot and Clays. The pressures get too high. If you want to go faster than 1200 fps, you need to go with a slower powder, such as WSH, Titegroup, Green Dot or International, or drop your shot charge to 1 oz. and stay with the faster powder.but i would be hesitant to load those unless i have concrete data. ...
